hcjoel I love so much about this record. Very creative title with some of the best cover art in rock history. Songs are super catchy, hilarious and relatable. I refuse to pay full price for wings - half-price or I don’t buy them. My favourite song features the funniest use of f-bombs I’ve ever heard. B.A. did it again! He’s a gem. Favorite track: There's a Hair in My Donair.

Tom Shea I was hooked by the song titles, and it lives up to those big promises. Sometimes pointed political commentary, sometimes straight-up stoner weirdness. Always joyful. Reminds me of Jonathan Richmond, the Dead Milkmen, maybe a hint of the Weakerthans and Teenage Head. Great stuff, wherever it's coming from.

Atom No. 47 Werewolves of London, Ontario is another amazing album by B.A. Johnston. The thing I love about it most, is that I feel good when I listen to it. It's goofy and poignant, both lyrically and musically with great hooks. Everything these days feels so dour and heavy, then parting the clouds in the sky is B.A covered in Cheeto dust handing you a beer with a smile on his face, letting you know it's going to be ok. Favorite track: I Don't Buy No Government Weed (Still Buying from Steve).

ztifhael BA remains my favourite live show, even if I've seen the same show 30 times now. It's part of the charm. Favorite track: Don't Wanna Work for a Living (Wish I Was Born An Irving).

jdq44 I picked up the vinyl on pre-order, and it's become an instant classic. Deliciously dark humour in songs like "my neighbour dug a fire pit" and some straight real talk on tracks like "teeth gonna fall out my head" and "GM can sit on it" (which is the only song I've heard BA be *genuinely angry* on.) A bit shocked there's a song about Doritos and not one mention of Hawkins, but we all know what the superior cheese based chip is.

Thanks BA, you fucking legend.
